Q. Why do you have multiple prices based on Income?
As a social enterprise, we aim to offer the lowest pricing possible whilst maintaining an excellent service. We have a number of price points based on income because i) the larger the charity the more financial transactions it is likely to have, and ii) the higher an organisations income, the greater its ability to pay.
Q. Can you work with charities with an Income over £1m?
Yes we can work with charities of all sizes. If you’re a charity with an Income above £1m, please contact us and we can discuss your specific needs.
Q. I’m nervous about using online accounting software?
Quickbooks online is specifically designed to be secure and user-friendly and we offer as much support and training as you need.
Q. How much support will I receive?
As much as you need; you will have a named account manager plus you can call / email us whenever you need. We aim to respond within 8 working hours.
Q. How are you much cheaper than my current accountant?
At Keystone our processes are build around the latest technology allowing us to save on expensive overheads. Plus we’re a social enterprise here to support charities not maximise profit!
Q. I can find a cheaper quote online, why are you more expensive?
Our aim is to provide the best overall value; a low cost combined with excellent service. If you can find a cheaper quote, please let us know and we’ll do our best to match it.
Q. Can I really cancel at any time?
We believe once you start working with Keystone you will be very happy with our service and if you’re not, please let us know so we can fix it. But if for any reason you remain unsatisfied, you can cancel at anytime with 30 days notice.
